Christmas Day 2013

Warning: loads of photos and not a lot of writing!

Christmas morning saw numero uno wake at a sharp 3:45am, but he was swiftly sent back to bed with strict instructions not to wake anyone until 6am. Selective hearing ensured all were up, including Nana & Pop, at 5:30am.

We headed off to Christmas Mass at 8:30am, wishing the Infant Jesus happy birthday and begging His intersession for some special intentions.

Then back to more shuffling of feet, furniture and loud music.

Boxing Day was a little more relaxing :

    gorgeous photos and wow to your Christmas table!!!!! love the tartan in there, gorgeous! looks lovely, my guys were up at 6.30 which was pretty good for this year....considering daddy and I went to bed at 1.30! enjoy your holidaysxxxxx

      Thanks Corrie, those tartan napkins are in the 'oldie but a goodie' category….they get pulled out most years and they never fail to impress x

      It wasn't the hot swimming Christmas day we had hoped for (well the kids still jumped in) but it was jolly and happy! I bet yours was beautiful and white, and snuggly and all things winter wonderland…..in my dreams kinda Christmas. x
